Bonus Recipe: Grapefruit Rosemary Sparkler


bar tools that will come in handy for this drink:

  • Vegetable Peeler

  • Kitchen Shears

  • Pencil (ok, maybe not a bar tool but still necessary!)

drink Ingredients:

  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary

  • La Croix sparkling water, Pamplemousse (grapefruit) flavor

  • 10 dashes grapefruit bitters

  • Optional: grapefruit peel garnish


  1. To 2 champagne flutes, add your fresh rosemary sprig.

  2. Pour sparkling water over rosemary into the flutes until full.

  3. Add 5 dashes grapefruit bitters to each flute. Serve and enjoy!

  4. Optional: To take the garnish up a notch, use a vegetable peeler to peel the rind from a fresh grapefruit. Cut into ¼ inch strips with kitchen shears. Wrap the strip around a pencil and hold for 30 seconds to make a spiral. Garnish champagne flutes with the swirled peel. Serve and enjoy!
