She says it's not just about consuming something instead of "the real thing" (iced tea and water became her old standbys) but the sense that without alcohol, one feels a little left out.
Clark decided to work up her own alcohol-free drinks packed with fresh ingredients and flavors, free of the idea of simply being a "virgin" imitation of a classic cocktail on the menu.
