It's National Mocktail week, and we've got two recipes for you!
This was just a dream. Now it's a thing. IT'S NATIONAL MOCKTAIL WEEK!
WHAT. IS. LIFE.
You know what this means, don't you? It means that you're getting TWO recipes every. single. day--one from me (duh) and one from this amazing mocktail community we're all a part of that I just couldn't resist.
If you're coming to our pop-up Thursday, I can't wait to see you! But if you're not, you can still snag your ticket.
Be sure to stick around until Friday because that's when the Queen Bee is being released. The Regina George of high school (but nicer). The Beyonce. Okay, you get the idea, the BEST OF THE BEST is being released Friday, so you don't wanna miss out--keep checking those emails!
In true Seattle fashion, the Ferry Sunshine is one of my very favorites because it's got a little tartness to it and a little citrus, with some sweetness added in!
4 oz Orange Dry Soda
2 oz cranberry juice
.5 oz vanilla simple syrup
Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin. Swirl for 10-15 seconds so drink has a chance to chill and flavors combine. Serve over ice or strain and serve in martini glass with orange zest as garnish.
This spritzer mocktail by Satorial Scott consists of elderflower, lemon, and mint, and it's sure to make you say "Ahhhhh"!
If you make any of these drinks would you do me a favor and let me know in the comments?
