Recipe: Sparkling Emilia
1/3 oz. Rubarb Vanilla Simple Syrup
1.5 oz. Grapefruit Juice
3 oz. Plain LaCroix
This drink HAS to be served cold. Make sure the LaCroix is good and cold when you start pouring. Mix all three ingredients together. It would look best in a clear coupe glass or a clear champagne glass. Garnish with small edible flowers. You could also use a vanilla bean or pomegranate arils for a different look. The colorful garnish really livens up the drink!
